Our personalized name necklaces (and keychains) are fully customizable with any name and spelling, and are available in a variety of original designs. Each original pendant or keyring is set in metal alloy and is nickel free & hypo-allergenic, permanently sealed under a crystal clear jewelry grade glass dome with a slight magnifying effect. Ships with your choice of black necklace cord, silver plated snake chain (18" or 24") or keychain in a small gift box.

FAQ: Questions & Answers
Q: What is the size of the jewelry pieces?
A: Rectangles: 1 x 2 inches (25mm x 50mm)
Ovals: 1.18 x 1.575 inches (30mm x 40mm)
Circles: 1.18 inches diameter (30mm)
Squares: 1 x 1 inch (25mm)

Q: What is the size of the split ring that attaches to the keychain?
A: The D-ring is 1.25 inches in diameter, with a swivel clasp carabiner clip that you can use to attach your keyring to your belt loop, zipper, etc.
Q: What are my options for keychains or necklaces?
A: Included in the price of our jewelry items is your choice of a black necklace cord, keychain or 18 or 24 inch silver plated snake chain. The 1.5mm width unisex black cord is 20 inches long, with a 2 inch chain extension (which can make the necklace 22 inches long, if desired). It has a nickel-free lobster claw clasp. The 1.25 inch split-ring keychain has an attached (but removable, if you prefer) swivel clasp carabiner clip. Or you can choose an 18 inch or 24 inch silver-plated 1.2mm width snake chain with secure lobster claw clasp. Note: the silver-plated chains are no longer considered an optional upgrade. You can now choose either size silver-plated chain, at no additional charge.
Q: Can I replace the chain on the jewelry with a favorite one that I already own?
A: Yes, the attached bails at the top of our jewelry have a large opening, and should accommodate most chains, ribbons, etc.
Q: Does the necklace or keychain come with a gift bag or box?
A: Each piece of jewelry is shipped with a small gift box. Right now, our cotton-lined gift boxes are a lovely shade of teal. Also available, if you prefer, we have small organza, drawstring gift bag in a variety of colors, perfect for giving or storing. Your choice, all included!
Q: How is this jewelry on sensitive skin?
A: All of the jewelry settings are made of a metal alloy that is nickel free, lead free and cadmium free. They are hypoallergenic and good for sensitive skin.
Q: Do the settings come in gold-tone or bronze?
A: All of our jewelry is currently in silver only.
Q: What is on the back of the pendants and keyrings?
A: The metal alloy is stamped with an attracitve pattern. We've provided a photo of the back view.
Q: Can I customize any of your pictured designs?
A: Many times we can change the color of a background, change a word or name, etc. Let us know what you want, and we'll tell you if it's possible.
Q: Can I get a necklace or keychain with my logo or my art work on it?
A: Probably yes. Email us what you would like to put on the pendant or keyring, and we'll let you know.
Q: Would you be able to place a short custom quote or phrase on one of your items?
A: Probably. Just email us the wording you would like on your necklace or keychain, as well as any additional ideas you have for how it should look. We will let you know if we can do it. If so, the price for this piece would be the same as for our photo jewelry ($29.95), because it would require a set up from scratch, and we would email you a proof for approval.
Q: If I am ordering an item with my photo, can you add a name or date to it?
A: Usually. It would depend on the photo you email us. If there's enough room, we can add it. We'll let you know. Since we always send a proof for photo jewelry, you will see how it will look before you approve it.
Q: What kind of photos work best for the photo jewelry?
A: Obviously, the sharper and clearer, the better. Please don't send dark or blurry pics. DO NOT CROP your photo in any way. We need some background above and on the sides of your subject in the photo to make it work. No extreme close-ups (especially if the top of the head is cut off in the picture). We recommend only one person or animal in a picture, unless the faces are either side-by-side, right next to each other, or close with one person in back and another in the front. No wide shots of groups of people or full length photos, or the faces won't be recognizable. You are welcome to email us several photos, if you are undecided about which one would look best.
Q: What format photos do you accept?
A: Please email us either jpgs or pngs. Any photo from a smart phone would work.
Q: Can I send you a link to a photo on a website to use?
A: Yes, but ONLY if you own the rights to that photo or have written permission to use it.
Q: Can you create an item with a picture of a movie star, cartoon character, football team, etc.
A: No, we do not have the right to reproduce those licensed images.
Q: Are these pieces waterproof?
A: Our original art jewelry items are protected by a sturdy crystal clear glass dome, which makes them highly water resistant with normal use, but are not guaranteed to be 100% waterproof in extreme conditions. Therefore, we advise you to remove them before swimming, showering or engaging in water sports. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Q: Are these suitable for children?
A: Most small jewelry (including ours) is not recommend for very small children, due to a potential choking hazard. These pieces would be fine for older children. Do not attach to a pet's collar.
Q: My hobby, profession, interest, favorite animal, quote etc. isn't included among your designs. Will you be adding it?
A: We are busy creating new stuff, and will be continuously adding new categories and designs. If you're interested in something you don't see here, let us know. We may have already completed a design that just hasn't been uploaded to our website yet, or we might be working on one. And we are happy to take suggestions!
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: No, not at this time.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: All of our jewelry is handcrafted, so please allow 5 to10 business days for your necklace, pendant or keychain to be created. Then expect another 3 to 7 days for shipping. This can vary during busy times, so you can always check with us for a more accurate estimated time frame.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept checks or money orders. When mailing your check or money order, please make it payable to Linda Kling (important - don't add anything but that name to the payable line on the check. That is the name under which our design company was originally incorporated).
Q: I would like to order these as party favors for an event, do you have bulk prices?
A: Yes! Our company specializes in photo party favors. While you can buy individual pieces of jewelry from us, we do offer wholesale prices when buying in quantity. Please email us at PhotoPartyFavors@aol.com for details.
