Ingredients16 slices (12-oz. pkg) bacon, cooked and crumbled 16 oz. sour cream 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups) 1/3 cup thinly sliced chives (scallions) Directions Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Cool 10 minutes; crumble. Combine bacon with sour cream, cheddar cheese and chives in a medium bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld together. Garnish with extra shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped chives. Serve with deep fried, extra crispy waffel fries - or thick cut gourmet potato chips. This is also good with pretzel crisps.
