• How long will it take to get my order?
  We will email a jpg image as a proof to you within a couple of days of receiving your order. After you approve it, the production time varies. During the height of reunion season (May - October), orders can take up to 4 weeks. although it's usually much less. Please plan ahead! Once your order is shipped (by Priority Mail with a tracking number provided), it will take an additional 2 - 4 days to arrive, depending on where you live. Very large orders can take longer - please call or email for time estimate. If you need a rush order, don't hesitate to ask. Many times we can accommodate such requests. You are always welcome to call or email for a more accurate estimate of how long your order will take.
  
  
• Minimum order
  for Photo Party Favors is 10. (All orders that contain your photo). There must be at least 10 bookmarks or 2x3 magnets or double-sided keyrings, etc. ordered from the same photo and using the same design and personalization.
  
  Minimum for all "Year You Were Born" or "Year You Graduated" class reunion items (containing fun facts from the year you were born, graduated, etc) - bookmarks, keychains, magnets etc. (for class reunion, birthday, anniversary, etc.) is 25.
  
  When ordering 4x6 or 5x7 photo cards with envelopes, the minimum order is 25.
  
  
• Email your photo and order information

  Please include in the email with your photo the following information: your name, shipping address, phone number (in case we have any questions), what you're ordering, how many, the design name, ribbon color (if ordering bookmarks), the date of the event and the personalization desired.
  
  It usually takes between 24-48 hours after you email us your order information before we email you back a proof of your order. You don't have to pay anything until after you approve the proof.
  
  We accept checks or money orders made payable to Linda Kling (the name under which our company was originally incorporated).Your order will go to production after proof approval and receipt of your email that you have mailed your check or money order.
  
  
• Always include a phone number, address and email address in case we have any questions about your order. We must have your email address to email you a proof of your order (when ordering photo party favors). We don't send your order to production until you approve the "proof", so please don't forget your email address!
  
  
• If you are considering emailing us a photo taken by a professional photographer at a photo studio, you must first obtain written permission from the photographer or studio, and email us a copy of that permission with the photo. These photos are copyrighted and we are not legally able to reproduce them without written permission from the photographer. Most photographers are happy to grant this permission, so don't hesitate to ask.
  
  
• The shipping rates are for the United States only. At this time, we do not ship orders outside the U.S.
