4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cup chopped spinach, cooked and well drained (2 pkg.)
In 9 x 13 inch pan, melt butter. In bowl, beat eggs; add flour, milk, salt, baking powder and spices. Add cheese and spinach; mix. Pour into pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 45 minutes to set.
Cut into bite size pieces.
To freeze ahead, place squares on cookie sheets. Freeze, transfer to plastic bag. Place frozen appetizers on cookie sheet; heat oven to 325 degrees and cook 15 minutes.
