1 8oz cream cheese (block)
1 8oz sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 tomato, sliced fine
3 Jalapeno peppers (sliced fine)
4 oz. shredded cheddar, sharp, or taco cheese
Nacho Chips
Soften cream cheese (in microwave). Add sour cream. Mix in
taco mix. Stir with wooden spoon. Don't use mixer. Spread in
oblong dish. Sprinkle on tomato, peppers & cheese.
Refrigerate appoximately 1 hour. Use for a dip with Nacho chips.
This is a mild recipe. You can add pepper flakes or ground red pepper to dip to make it spicier.
